Having graduated from the University of Connecticut, Max has over a decade of experience on a wide range of projects from award winning residences to hotels, retail buildings and offices including working directly with the founding principals at Arch Consulting Engineers for 8 years. He has a passion for making the built environment the best it can be by learning about building science, architecture, design and being a member of the Carbon Leadership Forum. Outside of the office, Max can be found playing golf, creating some music, or doing anything at all outdoors.

Having graduated from Full Sail University, Cliff has a passion for media and the visual arts, so naturally he treats producing construction drawings and 3D models as an art form as much as he does a science. He is invaluable in our ability to collaborate with other disciplines utilizing Building Information Modeling to identify issues during the design phase rather than in construction when it is more costly. Outside of the office, he can be found enjoying life with his wife and son, creating LEGO masterpieces, 3D printing and reading.
